School Re-opens
School is open following it's closure for one day to fix the drains YET AGAIN!!!
It had to be closed as there were no usable toilets for staff and children. This time cameras were sent down and found a large piece of corroded metal blocking the final pipe leading to the main sewer. This has been removed. Walsall council have been informed of the situation and a site meeting is planned for the very near future. This follows a recent meeting between the school governors and a senior member of Serco asset management team (contracted to work for Walsall Education) to discuss the poor state of the building.
Mike Wheeler, Headteacher.

School Awarded Activemark
The government has just awarded our school the Activemark for 2006 for exceptional delivery within the National School Sport Strategy.
This is for the amount and range of sport activities available to children at school, keeping pupils healthy.
Well done everyone.

The First or Second News Item Ever........
Well, here at last! The first website ever for our school but I hope well worth waiting for.
I also hope that in the near future we will see information from all staff, many children, governors and the parent association, to name but a few possible sources.
You may well ask, "Why no site before this?" The answer is simple... this one can be easily managed and updated by ourselves.
So here's to the future...and a whole lot of new blank pages to fill.
