Mrs Halliwell has been trying to find a rugby team to play in a tournament tomorrow night !
Problems arising-
1) Its Ramadam and children are fasting so do not want to be doing extra curricular activities.
2) We are supposed to have 2 girls playing(according to the rules) and we do not have any girls interested.
3) The new car seat laws mean we can only transport children 135cm and over in cars(driven by staff who are kind enough to offer)
so...............Rugby!..........we hope so!
We have had our third practice now and things are looking good!
If you fancy coming by and are able to make Monday 3.45 till 4.30, see Ms Plews or Mrs Halliwell.
Hopefully starting from next week we will be able to go out onto the field. Come join us, we have a Tag Rugby festival coming up!
It started at four o' clock, but only Salisbury School and Old Church turned up. Morecroft Wood was supposed to come but they didn't know they were playing. So Salisbury played a real game and a friendly. The real game resulted in a 3-3 draw. Salisbury won the friendly match 2-0. It was a brillant time and everyone had a good time!
Plymouth Argyle beat Crewe, 2-1 on Saturday.
In which county is Plymouth and what is the name of their football ground? Also, which river is used in the name of the city?
In which county is Crewe? What is the name of their football ground? Does it have a river flowing through it?
There is a small prize for the first three correct answers.
Good luck from an Argyle supporter!
